5. We will give you a Quote , this is an estimated price cost of this creation. This Quote is Excluding Shipping costs, this will be communicated later on in the process of creating your fursuit (items).

6. The full amount will have to be transferred to us before we can start working on your project. We do offer payment plans. Refer to 'How is payment handled?' in this FAQ for more details.

The delivery of your fursuit greatly depends on complexity, material shipping time and general artistic process. I aim to deliver within 3 to 6 months after ordering for fursuits and heads.
Fursuit parts, accessories and repairs come at a shorter turnaround time.

Yes, I will happily help you out by doing any repair or adjustment to your existing fursuit(items) for a fee. e.g. extending armsleeves or sewing popped seams.

For fursuits or items ordered from me:
Any natural wear and tear under normal use of (unmodified) parts of the fursuit will be repaired by me for free within the first year of owning said part. More information under 'Do you supply Warranty'?

I'm a small Belgian creator hosted in regio Mechelen, Belgium.
I will take on both local projects as international projects.

I accept payment through bank transfer, Payconiq or Paypal (buyers fees might apply)
I require full payment upfront, the commission shall only begin being worked on once the full payment has been received.

30% of the payment is deemed initial material cost and can not be refunded. The remaining of the amount can be refunded if requested, but only as long as the commission has not been started being worked on yet.

If a refund is required after the commission work has been started, I will be in close contact with you to figure out what we'll do with the work-in-progress, weither it be used in another project or sold off for example.

I do accept payment plans of up to 3 installments, in close contact with you we'll discuss how and when installments will get paid.

Within 1 year after purchase:
Any wear and tear under normal 'natural' use of unmodified parts of the fursuit will be repaired by me for free.
The use of the fursuit or item for NSFW -or otherwise 'adult' rated- activities will exclude it out of warranty.

Be aware that these fursuits are handcrafted and wearable items. Therefore damage can and likely will occur over time and when put under a lot of stress. Even though I do my best to make my fursuits durable, they are still a piece of art above anything else.
Don't be afraid to take contact with me so we can figure out how to restore or improve your items!

Any damage outside of warranty can be repaired for a fee.

CyberWorks Fursuit heads are not washingmachine washable.
- Spotclean cleaning with a carpetcleaner such as Bissel Spot Clean or a simple damp cloth/towel.
- Use a gentle laundry soap for sensitive/silk/satin/wool clothing and preferably no fabric softeners.
- When using fursuitspray inside or outside of the fursuit head, cover the eyes with a piece of paper towel or your hand as to prevent the acrylic handpainted mesh to stain or lose paint overtime.
- Bodysuits, tails are washing machine washable. Turn them inside out if possible and put them in a big pillow case or 'laundry bag' as to prevent damage to the backing or fur fibres from the inside of your washing machine.
For Longer durability and beauty I do recommend handcleaning in a bathtub instead.
- Handpaws, feetpaws and props/accessories might be washing machine washable. Take contact for exact cleaning instructions.
